My Favorite Classroom!

Of all the classrooms I teach and learn from, my favorite is really the beach I just love being there and every time I go, I learn something new. This time, I was able to go to the beach with my beloved dog. Unfortunately, he couldn’t swim in the beach Apparently it was against the village policy to do so. Nonetheless, we still tried to have fun in the best way we can.

We ended up walking around the beach house and just picking shells and corals along the way. I wrote about this once, but I’ll share it again here This was my winning entry to a contest last year and it was about how I learned to read. I still make it a point to look for letter-shaped corals and so far, I’ve been pretty lucky with it.

Besides the learning opportunities the beach brings, I also love how it makes my body feel when I leave. Not only do I have a good tan, I also feel so clean and fresh because as we know, the beach can exfoliate your skin. Plus the fresh sea breeze and the salt water does wonders for my skin.  It’s like one of those  great natural acne solutions, such as a steaming saltwater bath. I just don’t like steam baths because it’s so hot!!!
