Mommies oftentimes forget to pamper themselves especially working moms. I myself is a WAHM, so I have no reason to pamper myself unlike others who have all the excuses to go to the salon or buy pretty clothes. On the other hand, my other mommies who works are too tired to do something else so 'real' partying with cocktails is such a big no-no for us. Most mommies will agree with this - we want 'peace and quiet' :)

On my 29th birthday next month, I want to think of myself first because as they say, "you have to love and pamper yourself first", just this one day forget everything and indulge myself into something unforgettable like having a spa at home and invite all my closest mommy friends.

On that day, I want Caprichosa to turn our house into a peaceful place - think "Zen". Just us mommies and Caprichosa in one quiet and relaxing afternoon. This could be one great experience for us mommies who seldom have time for themselves! After all, it's my birthday so I deserve a treat, right?

My friends and I have been together for almost 2 decades now that we’re practically like sisters to each other. And just like real sisters, we celebrate each other’s successes and brood over failures. Even ordinary days are made special when we hang out after a day’s work. We usually meet up in a nearby mall or gas station, run, swim or play badminton, watch movies, have coffee, be our own baristas and drink. We also like staying in a friend’s house for private chitchats and girl-bonding. When I’ve heard of the “spa party,” I thought that it is something that we would definitely enjoy! My friends particularly like pampering themselves at least once a month- from having their nails done to facials and massages. A “sparty” or spa party is our kind of shindig. My idea of a perfect sparty with my girls is something that would allow us to still do the things that we like to do together, with the Caprichosa Spa experience to top it off. We’ll probably hold it in our friend’s house, our regular “tambayan”. We like working out and exercising together so I’m thinking, it would probably be great if a Yoga session can be facilitated to help calm us down and prep us for the aromatheraputic foot spa and massage. I picture us watching the uber cheesy “He’s Just Not That Into You,” while my friends have their minty foot spa or get their nails done. Since I don’t like people fiddling with my nails, I’d rather indulge in my full body massage. A party aint a party without cocktails! I’d like our party to have a cocktail area set up on one side of the room where chilled pinacolada and margarita will be served. And for my friends who at least try to live clean, it would be nice to have coffee, tea and milk served as well. The fact that I’m writing this down while taking a breather from work, makes me want to ring my friends, hit the spa and just chillax. *dreamy eyes*
